Order Processing & Delivery: All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Box products ordered early enough during normal business hours (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same day. Shipping times vary depending on order size and freight requirements—smaller orders often arrive within one week, while larger orders requiring freight shipping may take up to an additional week. Custom Xcelerated products, such as barn doors, ship once production is complete, with a typical 1–2 day turnaround before shipping and standard delivery times of approximately one week, depending on location.

Return Policy: We accept returns for products damaged during shipping and will gladly replace or refund affected materials. For standard returns, unopened box products are eligible for a full refund. If a box has been opened, proof is required in the form of clear photos showing all boards are accounted for and free from nail holes, cracks, or damage—ensuring the material has not been installed or removed. Because wood is a natural material and can be affected by climate, we strongly recommend allowing all Xcelerated products to properly acclimate and to follow our published best practices prior to installation. We also recommend ordering an additional 10% overage to account for cuts and mis-cuts.
